The breakfast had multiple varieties. The staff always went out of their way to accommodate requests, and they did so very promptly. I received complimentary gifts like bowls of fruit and boxes of chocolates.

Housekeeping accidentally entered the room early one morning and left the lights on.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests promptly. They spoiled us with small, complimentary gifts such as bowls of fresh fruit and boxes of chocolates. The king beautiful room had an comfortable, large bed with the best pillows (such a treat after a long day). I always found a sun lounger by the amazing pool and beach area.

Housekeeping missed some details . I found I had only one water glass and two wine glasses. This meant sometimes the available glass was put on the nightstand for one person, and not the other.

I have two main complaints about the place. First, the kids club wasn't good. It advertised one thing, but offered another, leaving my children disappointed. Second, the pillows were so uncomfortable I barely slept the entire time. They needs replacement.
